How we got here
Mindincare founded
Dr. Ayesha Siddiqui opened Mindincare's first clinic in Gulberg, Lahore with a simple goal — make psychiatric care accessible and stigma-free in Pakistan.
Team expanded
Dr. Usman Tariq and Dr. Sana Mirza joined, bringing specialist expertise in ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma-informed care.
Online consultations launched
In response to growing demand and the need for remote care, we launched secure video sessions — reaching patients across all provinces of Pakistan.
500 patients milestone
We crossed 500 patients served — a milestone that reinforced our belief that compassionate, professional psychiatric care can change lives.
Insurance partnerships
Mindincare joined the Sehat Sahulat Programme and partnered with major insurers, making care accessible to thousands more patients.
