Please read these terms carefully before using Mindincare Pakistan's services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mindincare Pakistan website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Mindincare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

2. Nature of Our Services

Mindincare Pakistan provides psychiatric consultation and mental health services delivered by PMDC-registered, FCPS-certified psychiatrists. Our services include:

• In-person psychiatric consultations at our Lahore clinic

• Telehealth video consultations for patients across Pakistan

• Mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning

• Prescription of medication where clinically appropriate

• Ongoing care and follow-up sessions

Mindincare does not provide emergency psychiatric services. In a mental health emergency, please contact your nearest hospital or call the Umang Helpline at 0317-4288665.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are:

• Aged 13 years and above (those aged 13–17 require parental or guardian consent)

• Located in Pakistan at the time of receiving telehealth services

• Capable of providing informed consent for treatment

Mindincare reserves the right to decline service to any individual at its discretion, particularly where there is a clinical risk that cannot be safely managed in our setting.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointment Booking: Booking is confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation message. Appointment slots are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy: We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee.

Doctor Availability: In exceptional circumstances (illness, emergency), your appointment may need to be rescheduled. We will provide as much notice as possible and offer the earliest available alternative slot.

5. Fees and Payment

Consultation fees are outlined on our Pricing page and are subject to change. You will always be informed of the fee before confirming your appointment.

Payment is due at the time of booking or at the start of the session, as agreed. We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and major credit/debit cards.

Insurance: We accept several insurance plans. Coverage depends on your plan; it is your responsibility to verify your coverage before your appointment. Any balance not covered by insurance is payable by you.

Refunds: Fees for completed consultations are non-refundable. Advance payments for cancelled appointments (with sufficient notice) will be refunded within 7 working days.

6. Telehealth Terms

By using our telehealth services, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for ensuring a secure, private, and stable internet connection

• You will not record sessions without the explicit written consent of your doctor

• Telehealth sessions are subject to the same confidentiality as in-person sessions

• Technical limitations (poor connection, platform outages) may occasionally affect session quality; we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule if a session is significantly disrupted

Telehealth is not appropriate for acute psychiatric emergencies. If you are in crisis during a session, your doctor will guide you to appropriate emergency services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mindincare and its doctors will provide services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with current clinical standards. However:

• We do not guarantee specific treatment outcomes

• We are not liable for decisions made by patients against medical advice

• Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for the specific consultation in question

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mindincare website — including articles, illustrations, designs, and text — is the intellectual property of Mindincare Pakistan. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Blog articles are written by our doctors for informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice for individual circumstances.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
